Common questions

When is Form 210 filed?

Deemed income for 2025 can be filed at any time in 2026 and, from income accrued in 2026, from 1 April to 31 December of the following year. Rental income with tax to pay accrued from 2026 onwards is filed from 1 to 20 April of the following year (if you file 2026 by quarters, the first three are still filed in April, July and October 2026) and, if you pay by direct debit, the window closes earlier: 23 December for deemed income and 15 April for rental income. We keep the calendar for you.

Do I need a tax representative?

Only in some cases. If you live outside the EU and outside the EEA countries with mutual assistance, Article 10 of the TRLIRNR requires one when you operate through a permanent establishment or carry on economic activities in Spain without one, when the AEAT asks for one because of the amount and nature of your income or because you own property in Spain, or when you live in a country without effective exchange of tax information and hold assets in Spain. In every other case it is advisable, because the representative receives the tax office notices and none gets lost.

Can I do everything online?

Yes. Mandate with a digital signature, documents uploaded to your dashboard, electronic filing with the AEAT and a downloadable receipt. We don't need to meet in person unless you want to.

What does the price include?

Calculation, document review, filing, the official receipt and support by email and Telegram for a year on that filing. No hidden extras.

What if I haven't filed Form 210 in previous years?

It can be put right. If you file before the tax office asks and you had tax to pay, there is no penalty: only a surcharge of 1 % plus another 1 % for each full month of delay and, after 12 months, 15 % plus late-payment interest (article 27 of the General Tax Law); if there was nothing to pay, there is no surcharge, but there is a fixed fine of 100 euros (article 198.2 of the same law). We file all the late years in a single order.

Do I need an NIE to file Form 210?

Yes. The AEAT identifies non-residents by their NIE. If you don't have one yet, we get it for you first; it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
