    Who it is for
    When the authorities, the notary or the bank ask for foreign documents with official validity in Spain.

    A sworn translator-interpreter appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs translates the document, and we tell you whether it first needs an apostille, which is issued in the country that produced it.

    Who it is for
    If you plan to renovate or extend, or you are asked for the document proving the home can be occupied (in the Valencian Community, a licence or responsible declaration of second occupancy).
    What we do
    An architect (building or extension projects) or a building engineer (minor renovations and certificates), depending on the case, visits the home, drafts the project or the certificate and files the licence or the responsible declaration with the town hall.

Who invoices me?

Each professional invoices you for their fees directly.

Each professional issues their own invoice for their work and is responsible for it. If you also hire a tax service from us, VG Capital, S.L.U. invoices that service separately, at its own price. We do not charge you for coordinating the job.

Do you take a commission?

Yes, and we say so plainly: the professional pays it.

For sworn translation and architect jobs we receive a commission from the professional for each job that reaches them through us. We add nothing to the price they send you: you pay only what is in their quote, and they issue their own invoice.

Can I choose a different professional?

Yes.

We propose one, but you are not obliged to accept. If they do not suit you, ask us for another option or carry on with a professional you already have.

Which languages do you work in?

In person, Spanish, English or Russian; by email, your language.

We assist you in person in Spanish, English or Russian, and by email in your language. The quote tells you which languages the proposed professional works in, so you know before you accept.

Which areas do you cover?

The Costa Blanca.

The professionals we work with are based on the Costa Blanca. Sworn translation can usually be done remotely. If your case is elsewhere in Spain, tell us and we will let you know whether we can help.

How fast do you reply?

The fixed price follows once the professional has what they need, and always before work starts. The timing of the job itself, such as a town hall permit or the apostille in the country of origin, does not depend on us.

What do you do with my data?

We use it to reply to you and so the professional can quote.

Your request reaches our team and we use it to reply to you. We pass your details (name, email, town and what you tell us) to the translator or architect so they can quote, and they handle them as an independent controller. You will find the details in the section «Disclosure to partner professionals» of our privacy policy.
